Adults can prepare for the GED test or improve their basic skills by participating in our Adult Basic Education or ABE program. TCH offers class instruction for all levels of reading, writing, and math. In addition, students can take classes in our computer lab.
All classes are free and open to adults 18 and over who demonstrate through standardized testing the need for basic skills instruction.
The ABE/GED program helps individuals:
- Improve basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Improve work, life, and parenting skills
- Prepare to take the General Educational Development (GED) tests
We provide instruction Monday through Thursday, mornings and afternoons. Our classes operate year-round or four 10-week quarters. For more information about class times, see our class schedule.
